Client Responsibilities
- Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive tattoos or piercings.
- It is essential for clients to provide accurate and complete details about their medical history, including any allergies, medications, and other relevant factors that might influence the procedure or aftercare.
- Clients are responsible for adhering to the artist’s aftercare instructions and keeping the tattooed or pierced area clean to facilitate healing.
Tattoo Design and Placement
- Approval from the client is required for the final design and its placement prior to starting the tattooing process.
- The tattoo artist has the authority to decline any design or placement that they consider inappropriate, offensive, or potentially harmful.
Health and Safety
- The studio follows strict health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Clients must inform the artist of any pre-existing medical issues, allergies, or sensitivities that could affect the safety of receiving a tattoo or piercing.
- The artist reserves the right to decline service if any health issues present a risk to the client or could affect the outcome’s quality.
Tattoo Process and Results
- The tattoo artist will make every effort to achieve a satisfactory result based on the approved design and placement.
- Clients understand that the final look of the tattoo may differ from sketches, stencils, or references due to skin type, color, texture, and the healing process.
- The tattoo artist is not accountable for any dissatisfaction stemming from changes in the tattoo’s appearance due to inadequate aftercare or other external factors.
Pricing and Payment
- The prices for tattoo services will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the tattoo being made. Additional fees may be incurred for custom designs, larger tattoos, or significant alterations.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm the appointment, which will be deducted from the overall payment.
- Full payment is expected at the time of service, and accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit cards, or other mutually agreed options.
Liability and Release
- Clients acknowledge that tattooing and piercing carry certain risks, including pain, discomfort, allergic reactions, infection, scarring, and the possibility of needing touch-ups.
- Clients release the artist, employees, and related parties from any claims, liabilities, demands, or legal actions related to the tattoo procedure, except in instances of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Photography and Promotion
- Clients grant Tiny Tattoo permission to capture photographs or videos of the tattoo for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes while ensuring confidentiality of any personal information.
